Once you approve the design, we take care of the rest — we produce it with top-quality materials and deliver it straight to your door.The configurator also offers ready-made graphic templates at the start of the design process.

DESIGN PROCESS
How can I design my product?
After clicking “Create your own design in 3D”, an intuitive online editor will open, showing your chosen product as a realistic 3D model.The configurator lets you:
- upload your own graphics in JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, or AI formats,
- add text with customizable fonts and colors,
- upload your team or company logos,
- or browse over 140 million Premium Photos (optional, $0.99 each).
As you design, you can freely rotate the 3D model and see the final look from every angle.
Once you’re happy with your design, simply confirm it, select your size, and add the product to your cart.
From there, the checkout process is just like any regular online store.
Do I have to create the design myself, or can your designers help me?
You can easily add or modify graphics and text, while seeing real-time 3D previews of your custom design.
If you run into difficulties or would like professional advice, our graphic team is happy to assist.
We recommend creating a store account, saving your project in the configurator, and sending us a short message through the contact form describing your issue.
This way, our designers can directly access your project and provide specific help or adjustments.
For larger or team orders, we also offer full graphic support — from file optimization to complete design preparation for production.
Can I use my own logo, team colors, or graphics?
You can upload raster files (JPG, PNG) as well as vector formats (PDF, SVG, EPS, AI).
For the best results, we recommend using vector graphics or raster images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
We print in near-photographic quality, so the better the source file, the sharper and more vivid the final result will be on your product.
Adding your artwork is simple — just upload the file, then adjust its size and position directly on the visible 3D model.
Please note that customers should hold the rights to use any logos or graphic elements they upload.
This confirmation is part of the design and ordering process.
By default, each product includes a small Concept Pro logo.
It can be removed during the design stage.
Completely removing our branding will increase the product price, which will be reflected immediately during the design process and when the finished product is added to the cart.
Can I use the same design on different products (e.g. shirts, bags, hoodies)?
Registered users can save their designs in the 3D configurator and later re-upload them when creating other products.
All previously used graphics, logos, and design elements remain available in your account, ready to be transferred to a new project.
Once imported, the design can be adjusted in size and placement to fit the new product perfectly.
This makes it easy to create a complete, visually consistent product line — for example, team apparel, corporate wear, or promotional gear featuring your own branding and style.
How does the 3D configurator work, and is it difficult to use?
No additional programs or plug-ins are required, and the interface is designed so anyone can easily create their own design.
The configurator allows you to:
- upload your own graphics in JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI formats
- add text with customizable fonts and colors
- upload team or company logos
- access a library of over 140 million Premium Photos (optional, $0.99 each)
All graphics, text, and logos are placed on visible flat templates corresponding to specific parts of the product.
During the design process, a 3D model of the product with your added graphics is displayed on the screen.
You can rotate it and view it from any angle to see exactly how your product will look once produced.
Once your design is ready, simply confirm it, select the size, and add the product to your cart.
Registered users can save their projects in their account, edit them later, reuse them on other products, and share them with friends on social platforms.
Some products also include a “Numbers and Names” option, created especially for sports teams and group orders.
It allows you to personalize individual products within a single order by adding unique numbers and names or nicknames.
Orders using this option are treated as group orders and qualify for quantity discounts.
Why does designing in 3D deliver better results than traditional 2D visualizations or PDF mockups?
Each of these pieces only forms the final product once they are sewn together.
When laid flat, these fabric templates often look nothing like the finished garment.
That’s why with traditional 2D visualizations or PDF mockups, it’s hard to imagine how the design will actually look once the product is assembled.
Flat templates are useful for production accuracy but don’t convey the realistic appearance of the final product.
Our 3D configurator combines the best of both worlds – the precision of 2D and the realism of 3D.
It lets you accurately place your graphics on flat templates while simultaneously showing a real-time 3D model of the finished product.
This model mirrors the real shape of the item with your applied design and can be freely adjusted at any time.
During the design process, you can rotate and zoom in on the 3D model to view it from every angle.
Any change made on the flat templates is instantly visible on the 3D model, allowing you to review and refine your design in real time.
It’s like holding the finished product in your hands – you can turn it, view it from all sides, and adjust your design instantly.
INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP ORDERS
Can I order just one item for myself? What are the minimum order quantities?
Our entire system – from design through printing, cutting, and sewing to shipping – is built to handle even single-item orders.
We can produce any product as a one-off piece, allowing you to order a unique item with your own design or create a sample before placing a larger order.
Every product is made with the same level of care and quality, regardless of order size.
However, some products – such as race bibs – have defined minimum production quantities.
If you order fewer pieces, the price will correspond to the minimum batch size (for example, the cost of 50 pieces).
This approach results from the specifics of large-format printing processes and helps maintain both high quality and production efficiency.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders (e.g. for teams, clubs, or companies)? How much cheaper are the products for group orders?
The discount is calculated based on the total quantity of a product in one design, regardless of the selected sizes.
The discount tiers and corresponding prices are shown in the table on each product page.
Discounts are applied automatically when you add your designed product to the cart, where you can also specify quantities and sizes.
Quantity discounts on our site go up to –30%.
For significantly larger orders, individual price negotiations are also possible – please contact us via the contact form for a custom quote.
Can I place a group order with different sizes or names on the shirts?
Ordering different sizes of the same product within one graphic design is treated as a group order and qualifies for a quantity discount.
The same applies when using the “Numbers and Names” option for individual personalization.
This means you can order a set of products in different sizes with unique prints (such as numbers or names), and the discount will still be automatically applied.
Sizes, quantities, and – if you’ve chosen the “Numbers and Names” option – numbers, names, or nicknames can be entered after completing the design in a dedicated table.
As you fill in the quantities, the system automatically calculates the appropriate discounts, which are displayed instantly in the order summary.
Does your technology work just as well for large orders as it does for single pieces?
Our technology is designed to deliver the same level of precision and quality for both single items and large-scale orders.
The entire production process – from design and printing to cutting, sewing, and quality control – is fully automated and scalable.
This ensures that every product is made to the same standards and goes through the same quality checks, regardless of the order size.
Large group orders are processed using the same procedures, but with production running in parallel across multiple stations to maintain efficiency and consistent quality.
The result is cohesive, durable, and visually consistent products – whether you order one piece or several hundred.
PRODUCTION TIME & DELIVERY
How long does it take to produce my order?
Our offer is based on the individual design of unique products, which then go through the entire production process: printing, cutting, sewing, quality control, and packaging.
We operate on a made-to-order basis – each item is created from scratch only after the order is placed.
Once production and packaging are complete, your order is shipped to the address you provided.
Do you offer express production?
In express mode, your order receives priority handling.
The production stage takes up to 5 business days and includes the full process: printing, cutting, sewing, quality control, and packaging.
You can select the express option during checkout.
It involves an additional fee of 50% of the product value.
Once selected, the system automatically updates the total price.
This option is perfect when you need your product as quickly as possible – for example, before an event, the start of a season, or a competition.
How long does delivery take?
All shipments are sent with the reliable courier service UPS, directly from our production facility in Poland.
Standard:
Deliveries within Europe are shipped via UPS Standard and usually reach the recipient within 2–3 days.
Intercontinental shipments are sent via UPS Expedited or UPS Express Saver and typically arrive – depending on the destination country – within 4–7 days.
The delivery times provided are based on our past experience and information from UPS.
However, we cannot guarantee them in every case, as they may depend on local conditions or unforeseen circumstances during transit.
Which countries do you ship to?
The full list of available delivery countries can be found in the country and currency selector at the top of every page.
Once you select your country, the system automatically adjusts the available delivery options and currency.
If your country is not listed, please contact us – we’ll check whether delivery can be arranged individually.
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes upon delivery for international orders?
All international orders are shipped under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, which means that we cover all customs duties and import taxes.
You only pay the price shown in the store at checkout – there are no additional costs upon delivery.
In rare cases, due to local regulations or customs procedures in the destination country, additional formalities may occur, but such situations are extremely uncommon.
What does it mean that you ship orders under the DDP system?
This means that when you order from our store, you only pay the price shown at checkout – there are no additional charges upon delivery.
This shipping method ensures maximum transparency and convenience for our customers, regardless of the destination country.
Can I track the status of my order?
Once logged in, you have full access to your order history and current order status in the customer account section of our website.
In the order details, you can view all key information – ordered products, prices, billing and shipping addresses, tracking number, and a “Track shipment” button that links directly to the carrier’s tracking page.
Additionally, you’ll receive email notifications confirming that your order has been received and dispatched, including the tracking number.
MATERIALS & QUALITY
Which fabrics can I choose for my product?
Some items can be made from different fabrics – each with its own characteristics, texture, and price.
For example, certain shirt models offer up to five fabric options, while others are available in two or three variations.
There are also products that we always produce using one specific, proven material – the one that works best for that particular item (e.g. bags, backpacks, caps, or towels).
If a product allows fabric selection, you can choose your preferred option directly on the product page.
Once selected, the system automatically updates the price – any difference is shown instantly.
Further down the product page, you’ll also find short descriptions of all available fabrics along with links to detailed material pages, where you can learn more about each fabric’s specific properties.
What are the differences between the materials (INTM, SL100, SL135, SL150, VF100 etc.)?
Each fabric has its own purpose and gives the finished product a distinct character.
The choice of fabric has a direct impact on the product’s performance.
The same shirt made from the ultralight, breathable VF100 is perfect for runners and athletes training in warm conditions, while the thicker and more durable SL150 is better suited for demanding workouts, cooler weather, or technical workwear applications.
We offer both premium fabrics and more budget-friendly options – allowing each customer to choose the material that best matches their goals, environment, and intended use.
This flexibility means that the same product model can be completely transformed – from an ultra-light sports tee to a durable team or corporate uniform.
What all our fabrics have in common is their white base color.
They serve as a blank canvas for the sublimation process, during which any custom-designed graphic can be printed directly onto the fabric.

Each material has unique technical properties, allowing the final product to be tailored to individual needs.
Selecting the right fabric for each purpose ensures that the finished product is perfectly suited to the discipline – ultra-light and breathable for runners training in warm conditions, or strong and flexible for contact sports such as handball or floorball.
Differences in fabric weight, structure, and elasticity make it possible to adapt the product to virtually any sport – regardless of temperature, intensity, or the type of physical strain on the material.

Does sublimation printing affect wearing comfort (e.g. breathability or fabric elasticity)?
The sublimation printing process is unique in this regard.
Instead of being applied on top of the fabric, the ink is infused directly into the fibers, creating a permanent, weightless print.
As a result, the material retains 100 % of its original properties – breathability, elasticity, and lightness remain completely unchanged.
The fabric continues to perform exactly as intended by its manufacturer, ensuring full comfort and natural flexibility.
This technology also offers a major advantage over traditional printing methods that bond rubber or plastic layers onto the surface.
Such methods can restrict airflow, increase weight, and compromise the technical performance of sportswear.

Can I print any design or photo over the entire shirt or hoodie?
The sublimation printing technology we use allows for full-surface printing across the entire fabric – on shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items.
You can print any design, artwork, pattern, or photograph – with no limitations in color or resolution.
The print is applied to the material before it is cut and sewn, allowing it to cover every part of the product – including sleeves, back, sides, and structural details.
This way, every project becomes truly unique and can look exactly the way you designed it – from simple patterns to full, photographic compositions.
Is full-print also possible on accessories (e.g. bags, caps, towels)?
This includes items such as bags, backpacks, caps, towels, and other products that can feature any graphic design you choose.
Only certain parts – such as straps, zippers on bags and backpacks, or some black structural elements – are not customizable and remain black.
This allows you to create a visually consistent range of products – from clothing to accessories – with your own design and color scheme that matches your brand or team.
PAYMENTS AND RETURNS
What payment methods do you accept?
The checkout system automatically displays the available options based on the destination country and selected currency.
Among the supported payment methods are:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, Klarna, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, and iDEAL.
Bank transfers are available only for larger B2B orders and must be arranged in advance directly with our team.
All payments are processed securely and in compliance with international transaction security standards (PCI DSS).
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
We are a registered VAT payer and hold a European VAT number.
For international orders, the VAT invoice is issued automatically.
If you would like the invoice to be made out to your company, please enter your company name and, if applicable, VAT number in the “Company” field under the Billing address section during checkout.
Can I return a personalized product?
Each product is created in a made-to-order model, meaning it is produced exclusively for that specific order.
For this reason, returns of personalized products are not possible.
We encourage customers to carefully review their final design before ordering and to select the appropriate fabric type and product sizes based on our size charts.
For larger orders, we recommend ordering single sample pieces beforehand.
All products are manufactured strictly according to the approved design and chosen specifications, so we cannot accept returns resulting from incorrect selections made by the customer during the ordering process.
What happens if the product has a defect or printing error?
However, if a production defect or printing error occurs, we take full responsibility.
In such cases, please contact us promptly via the contact form.
After verifying the issue, we will either remake the product or issue a refund – depending on the customer’s preference.
Claims related to production defects or printing errors are reviewed individually, and we always aim to resolve them as quickly and conveniently as possible for the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Each order enters the production process shortly after being placed, and preparation begins almost immediately.
If you wish to make any changes (such as design adjustments, size, or quantity), please contact us immediately after placing your order, before production starts.
Once the production or printing process has begun, no further changes can be made.
SUPPORT AND ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
Do you help customers create a design from scratch?
It allows full customization of the product – from choosing colors and placing graphics to adding logos or text.
If you encounter any technical issues or uncertainties during the design process, we are, of course, here to help.
Our team can provide advice, tips, or – in specific cases – assist in refining the project.
We encourage you to use the configurator actively, as it was created to make it simple for anyone to bring their ideas and creative vision to life.
Can I receive fabric samples before placing a larger order?
This is the best way to evaluate the structure, thickness, and elasticity of the fabrics before making a final decision.
Samples are prepared individually – you can choose the specific materials you would like to see.
To request samples, please contact us via the contact form – we’ll be happy to advise which fabrics best suit your needs.
Can I use my design for other accessories (e.g. flags, banners, race numbers)?
Every created design can be reused when making other products or accessories – such as flags, banners, race numbers, bags, or other items from our collection.
If you saved your design while working in our online configurator (available for logged-in users), you can reopen it at any time and apply it to another product.
This allows you to easily transfer your saved design to any other product or accessory in the store.
Keep in mind that each product has its own shape and proportions, so some elements of the saved design may need minor adjustments.
By maintaining the same layout, colors, and logos, you can easily create additional products in a consistent visual style that matches your brand, team, or event.
Can I order additional pieces later with the same design?
The easiest and most convenient way is to save your design while creating it in our online configurator (this option is available for logged-in users).
When placing a new order, simply select the same product, open the 3D designer again, and load your previously saved design.
The system allows you to choose any sizes and quantities again and automatically applies the current prices and quantity discounts – depending on the size of that specific order.
This way, you can easily reorder additional items in the same style – whether you need just one more shirt or an entire new batch of products.
Do you keep my designs for future use?
They are stored in our online configurator, where you can reopen, edit, or use them to create new products in the same style.
To be able to reopen a project yourself in the future, it needs to be saved in the configurator during creation (this option is available for logged-in users).
All designs are securely stored in our system and connected to your user account.
This ensures that even after a long time, you can restore or reuse your previously created designs – without having to recreate them from scratch.
