Shipping options

We ship all orders using UPS, DPD, or GLS courier services, depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Examples:

• Delivery to Germany (UPS International): 8.50 EUR

We ship international orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. All customs duties and import taxes are covered by us, so you don’t need to worry about unexpected charges upon delivery.

Delivery Availability in Selected Regions

We ship to countries and regions supported by our courier partners. However, in some countries there may be specific areas classified by the courier as remote, extended, or non-serviceable (“remote areas”), where standard delivery may not be available.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery address, or

• cancel the order and issue a full refund if delivery is not possible.

This may apply in particular to selected island regions, remote locations, or areas outside the courier’s standard logistics network.

Production and shipping time

Most of our products are made to order and manufactured individually after the order is placed and paid for.

The estimated production time is displayed on each product page. Shipping takes place once production is complete.

Express option

For selected products, we offer an express production option that shortens the lead time for an additional fee.

Payment methods

Only fast and secure online payment methods are available in the store. The currently available payment methods are displayed during checkout. All payments are processed via Shopify Payments. We do not offer cash on delivery or traditional bank transfers.
