Every weekend there are tons of sporting events taking place across the country.
From a competitive enthusiast's perspective, this is a great prospect.
A wide range of offers allows us to meet the needs of sports attractions.
Asphalt, tartan, trail? There's something for everyone.
The multitude of events also means greater competitiveness.
Competition encourages race organizers to create an attractive offer for participants.
A rich package, an unusual route, a unique T-shirt, or additional classifications.
The race doesn't only take place on the track.
What do you have in the package? :)
The starting package is an important element of every race.
Picking him up from the race office is always a thrill.
We pay attention to its contents - without question.
Personally, I like pragmatism.
Over the years, I can say that the things that give me the greatest joy are the basic necessities.
Instead of a bulging bag of useless gadgets, I prefer two or three things that can be of some use to me.
For me, these things are energy gels, a bar, or non-alcoholic beer.
It really doesn't take much, and I have the impression that the organizers have a tendency to exaggerate.
I have similar feelings about packaged T-shirts.
I received so many that I could donate them to more than one orphanage.
The problem is that their utility quality is negligible and they are often unfit for use!
In moments like these I wonder about the sense of such actions.
There is a lot of talk about ecology. Well, there is a lot of talk, but that is all.
Light at the end of the tunnel
An interesting trend (and a right one in my opinion) are dedicated and optional gadgets in the form of an extended package.
This trend can be observed especially at large sporting events.
Big events have their own brand.
Someone rightly noticed that for many of us this brand has a special, sentimental meaning.
I would like to have a T-shirt from, for example, the Warsaw Marathon.
I would like to wear it first and foremost. Use it every day.
Therefore, it should be of appropriate quality and I am willing to pay extra for it…
Freedom of choice has many advantages.
Firstly, it offers quality to people who are willing to pay extra for the package.
Secondly, it increases the availability of the package for people who come to the race for active participation, and not for the package.
Thirdly, it allows us to stop the pointless mass production of things that are useless to the majority.
A quality alternative
From the very beginning, when I became involved in the development of our company, I strongly protested against introducing low-quality “budget” products into the offer for sporting events.
We don't want to push products on people that we wouldn't want to use ourselves.
However, we have created an alternative offer dedicated to events.
We have already serviced some great events and based on that I can say that this is the right path for all parties.
It is very satisfying to see the participants' reactions after receiving the package.
Even greater satisfaction is provided by the sight of competitors returning to the starting line wearing shirts from previous editions.
They still wear them!
Firstly, not to disappoint, secondly, to provide quality, and thirdly, to meet the customer's individual expectations.
Yes, an event participant is also a customer, and as with customers - everyone has different needs, and independence of choice is priceless.
Choose quality!
Here are some interesting projects from events we had the pleasure of partnering with.
Let me know what you think about this.
