the processing and settlement by Paypal of payments made by customers of the online store via the Internet by means of payment instruments
for Paypal to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the online store, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of payers in connection with their complaints

2. In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in section 2, your personal data may be disclosed by the online store to the following recipients or categories of recipients: a) Shopify Payments (Shopify International Limited / Stripe)

3. Where your personal data is transferred to Shopify Payments in connection with the processing and settlement of your payments to the online store via the internet using payment instruments, providing such data is required in order to process the payment and for Shopify Payments to transmit confirmation of the payment to the online store.

4. Where your personal data is transferred to Shopify Payments for the purpose of verifying the proper performance of agreements concluded with the online store, in particular to protect the interests of payers in connection with submitted complaints, providing such data is required to enable the performance of the agreement concluded between the online store and Shopify Payments.

5. in the event that your personal data is transferred to Paypal in connection with the processing and settlement of payments you make to the online store via the Internet using payment instruments, the provision of data is necessary to process the payment and to send a confirmation of the payment by Paypal to the online store.

6. In the event that your personal data is transmitted to Paypal so that Paypal can verify the proper performance of the contracts concluded with the online store, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of payers in connection with their complaints, the provision of this data is necessary to enable the performance of the contract concluded between the online store and Paypal.
