1 Introductory provisions
- The concperpro.pl online store, available at the Internet address https://conceptpro.pl, is operated by Tomasz Jasinski, who runs his company under the name TOMASZ JASIŃSKI DEEMEED, TAX ID PL8821754891, commercial register number REGON 891447277.
- These Terms and Conditions are addressed both to Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store and define the rules for the use of the Online Store and the principles and procedures for concluding Distance Sales Contracts with the Customer through the Store.
2 Definitions
- Consumer - a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller through the Store, the subject of which is not directly related to his/her economic or professional activity.
- Seller - a natural person conducting business under the name TOMASZ JASIŃSKI DEEMEED, VAT ID 8821754891, REGON 891447277.
- Customer - any entity making purchases through the Store.
- Entrepreneur - a natural person, a legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which a separate law grants legal capacity, performing a business on its own behalf, who uses the Store.
- Store - online store operated by the Seller at the Internet address https://conceptpro.pl.
- Distance contract - a contract concluded with a Customer within an organized system of concluding contracts at a distance (within the Store), without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
- Regulations - these regulations of the Store.
- Order - Customer's declaration of will placed via the Order Form and aimed directly at concluding a Contract of Sale of a Product or Products with the Seller.
- Account - Customer's account in the Store, it collects data provided by the Customer and information about Orders placed by him/her in the Store.
- Registration form - a form available in the Store that allows you to create an Account.
- Order form - an interactive form available in the Store that allows the Customer to place an Order, in particular by adding Products to the Basket and determining the terms of the Sales Agreement, including the method of delivery and payment.
- Shopping Cart - an element of the Store's software in which the Products selected by the Customer for purchase are visible, and it is possible to determine and modify the details of the Order, in particular the quantity of products.
- Product - a movable item/service available in the Store, which is the subject of a Sales Contract between the Customer and the Seller.
- Sales Agreement - an agreement for sale of a Product concluded or entered into between the Customer and the Seller through the Online Store. By Sales Agreement is also understood - applying to the characteristics of the Product - a contract for the provision of services and a contract for work.

- The Customer may communicate with the Seller by telephone on business days between 08:00 and 16:00.
4 Technical requirements
In order to use the Store, including browsing the Store assortment and placing orders for Products, the following are required:
- a terminal device with access to the Internet and a Google Chrome, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Edge or Safari web browser,
- an active electronic mail (e-mail) account,
- cookies enabled.
5 General information
- To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for disruptions, including interruptions to the operation of the store, caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions by third parties or incompatibility of the store with the customer's technical infrastructure.
- It is not necessary to create an account to browse the store's product range. The customer can order products from the store's range either after creating an account in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Terms and Conditions or by providing the personal and address data required to fulfill the order without creating an account.
- The prices indicated in the Shop are gross prices (including VAT).
- The final (definitive) amount to be paid by the Customer consists of the price of the Product and the delivery costs (including transportation, delivery and postal charges), about which the Customer is informed on the Shop's pages when placing the order, also at the moment of expressing the will to be bound by the Purchase Agreement.
6 Creating an Account in the Store
- In order to set up an Account in the Store, you must complete the Registration Form. It is necessary to provide the following data: name and surname, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number.
- Establishing an Account in the Store is free of charge.
- Logging into the Account is done by providing the login and password established in the Registration Form.
- The Customer has the opportunity to delete the Account at any time, without giving any reason and without incurring any fees for doing so, by sending an appropriate request to the Vendor, in particular via e-mail or in writing to the addresses specified in Section 3.
7 Rules for placing an Order
In order to place an Order, you need to:
- log in to the store (optional);
- select the product that is the subject of the order and then click on the "Add to cart" button (or equivalent);
- log in or use the option to place an order without registering;
- if you have chosen the option of placing an order without registration - fill in the order form by entering the data of the recipient of the order and the address to which the product is to be delivered, select the delivery method (method of delivery of the product), enter the data for the invoice if they differ from the data of the recipient of the order,
- select one of the available payment methods and click on the "Buy now" button.

8 Delivery and payment methods offered
- The customer can use the following methods of delivery or collection of the ordered product:
- UPS courier or an equivalent provider,
- The customer can use the following payment methods:
- Electronic payment with the support of Przelewy24
- Electronic payment with the support of Paypal

9 Execution of the Sales Agreement
- The conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller takes place after the Customer places an Order using the Order Form in the Online Store in accordance 7 of the Regulations.
- After the Order is placed, the Seller shall immediately confirm its receipt and simultaneously accept the Order for execution. Confirmation of receipt of the Order and its acceptance for execution is made by the Seller sending the Client an appropriate e-mail message to the Client's e-mail address provided during the placement of the Order, which contains at least the Seller's statements about receipt of the Order and its acceptance for execution and confirmation of the conclusion of the Sales Agreement. Upon receipt by the Customer of the above e-mail message, the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller is concluded.
- If the Customer chooses:
- a. payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card, the Customer is obliged to make payment within 3 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement - otherwise the order will be cancelled.
- The Product will be shipped by the Seller within a maximum of 14 business days (usually within 24 hours) in the manner selected by the Customer when placing the Order.
- The beginning of the period for delivery of the Product to the Customer is calculated as follows:
- a. If the Customer chooses the method of payment for electronic payment - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account.
- Delivery of the Product to the Customer is chargeable, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. The Product delivery costs (including transportation, delivery and postal service fees) are indicated to the Customer on the pages of the Online Store under the "Delivery Costs" tab and during the placement of the Order, including at the moment of expressing the Customer's will to be bound by the Sales Agreement.
10 Right of withdrawal
- The consumer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The period referred to in paragraph 1 shall commence upon delivery of the product to the consumer or to a person designated by the consumer who is not the carrier.
- In the case of a contract comprising several products delivered separately, in lots or in parts, the period referred to in paragraph 1 shall start to run from the delivery of the last item, lot or part.
- The consumer can withdraw from the contract by sending a declaration of withdrawal to the seller. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the declaration before the expiry of this period.
- The declaration can be sent by conventional post or electronically by sending a declaration to the seller's e-mail address or by sending a declaration on the seller's website - the seller's contact details are listed under point 3.
- If the declaration is sent electronically by the consumer, the seller shall immediately send the consumer a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address provided by the consumer.
- Effects of withdrawal from the contract:
- In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded.
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the seller shall reimburse the consumer immediately, but at the latest within 14 days from the day of receipt of the consumer's declaration of withdrawal, all payments made by the consumer, including the costs for the delivery of the goods, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that the consumer has chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the seller.
- For this refund, the seller shall use the same means of payment that the consumer used for the original transaction, unless a different method of delivery has been expressly agreed with the consumer that does not involve additional costs for the consumer.
- The seller may refuse repayment until they have received the product back or until they have received proof of the return, whichever occurs first.
- The consumer must return the product to the seller's address specified in these terms and conditions without delay, but at the latest within 14 days from the day on which they informed the seller of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the consumer returns the product before the end of the 14-day period.
- The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product, including the costs of returning the product if the product cannot be returned by normal post due to its nature.
- The consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the use of the product beyond the mere examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
- The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract if the contract is a distance contract:
- where the subject matter of the contract is a non-prefabricated item made to the consumer's specifications or to meet the consumer's individual needs,
- where the subject matter of the contract is an item delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery,
- Individually designed products (CUSTOM) are not covered by the right of return.
11 Complaint and Warranty
- The seller is obliged to supply the customer with goods that are free of defects.
- In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the seller, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint.
- The complaint must be submitted in writing or by e-mail to the Seller's addresses specified in these Terms and Conditions.
- It is recommended to include in the complaint, among other things, a brief description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the data of the customer submitting the complaint and the customer's claim in connection with the defect of the goods.
- The seller is obliged to respond to the complaint request without undue delay, and if the customer is a consumer, within 14 days at the latest. If the customer is a consumer and the seller does not respond to the complaint within 14 days, it is assumed that the customer's claim is justified.
- If a warranty has been granted for a product, information about this warranty and its content will be included in the description of the product in the store.
12 Personal data in the online store
- The administrator of the Customers' personal data collected through the Online Store is the Seller.
- Customers' personal data collected by the administrator through the Online Store are collected for the purpose of executing the Sales Agreement, and if the Customer agrees - also for marketing purposes.
- Recipients of the personal data of the Online Store's Customers may be:
- In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store's method of delivery by mail or courier, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected carrier or intermediary performing shipments on behalf of the Administrator.
- In the case of a Customer who uses electronic or credit card payment method in the Online Store, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to a selected entity handling the above payments in the Online Store.
- The Customer has the right to access the content of his data and correct them.
- Provision of personal data is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Terms and Conditions necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude such an agreement.
13 Ordering personalized products
To purchase a personalized product, you need to:

- select the Product and the variant that is the subject of the Order, and then click the "Design your own design" button (or equivalent);
- select one of the available templates and edit it freely

edit by changing graphics on individual elements of the product (e.g. front, back, sleeves); you can upload any graphics, texts, vector files (PDF, SVG, EPS and AI)
. - once the design is complete, click the "Add to cart" button and optionally select the ordered quantities and sizes of the product in the bulk purchase form
- optionally fill in the names and numbers of the players in the form; in the case of a wholesale order, ALL names and numbers to be included in the order should be included in the form
- it is forbidden to place graphics and texts of vulgar, pornographic or offensive nature
- The buyer each time confirms that he has the legal title to the graphics and other design elements sent by him
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order in case of legal doubts concerning the materials sent by the customer or in case of the impossibility of processing the order
14 Disclaimers
It is prohibited for the Buyer to provide content of an unlawful nature.
Each order placed with the Store constitutes a separate sales contract and requires separate acceptance of the regulations. The contract is concluded for a period of time and for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
Agreements concluded under these terms and conditions are concluded in the Polish language.
In case of a possible dispute with a Buyer who is not a Consumer, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Seller.
None of the provisions of these Regulations excludes or in any way limits the rights of the Consumer under the law.
The provisions relating to goods shall apply mutatis mutandis to digital content, unless the Regulations specify these issues separately.
