Shipping options

We ship orders to Denmark using UPS International courier service. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Shipping rates:

• 10 EUR (amount automatically converted to your market currency at checkout) – for orders up to the equivalent of 239.99 EUR
• Free shipping – for orders from the equivalent of 240 EUR

Delivery Availability in Selected Regions

We ship to countries and regions supported by our courier partners. However, in some areas there may be specific locations classified by the courier as remote, extended, or non-serviceable ("remote areas"), where standard delivery may not be available.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery address, or
• cancel the order and issue a full refund if delivery is not possible.

Production and shipping time

Most of our products are made to order and manufactured individually after the order is placed and paid for.

The estimated production time is displayed on each product page. Shipping takes place once production is complete and typically takes 2 business days within Denmark.

Express option

For selected products, we offer an express production option that shortens the lead time for an additional fee.

Payment methods

We accept only secure online payment methods:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex),
• PayPal,
• Klarna (including Sofort, Pay Later, Installments – if available in your country),
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available on your device).

We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfers.
