Shipping options

We ship all orders using UPS International courier service. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

We ship orders to the United Kingdom using UPS International with the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model.
That means all customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are already included in the product price – there are no additional costs upon delivery.

In rare cases, due to local regulations or customs procedures in the destination country, additional formalities may occur, but such situations are extremely uncommon.

Shipping rates (flat rate – duties included):

• 14 GBP – for orders up to 199.99 GBP
• Free shipping – for orders from 200 GBP

All parcels are shipped from Poland with full DDP clearance through UPS.

Delivery Availability in Selected Regions

We ship to countries and regions supported by our courier partners. However, in some areas there may be specific locations classified by the courier as remote, extended, or non-serviceable ("remote areas"), where standard delivery may not be available.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery address, or
• cancel the order and issue a full refund if delivery is not possible.

This may apply in particular to selected island regions, remote locations, or areas outside the courier's standard logistics network.

Production and shipping time

Most of our products are made to order and manufactured individually after the order is placed and paid for.

The estimated production time is displayed on each product page. Shipping takes place once production is complete.

Express option

For selected products, we offer an express production option that shortens the lead time for an additional fee.

Payment methods

We accept only secure online payment methods:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex),
• PayPal,
• Klarna (including Sofort, Pay Later, Installments – if available in your country),
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available on your device).

We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfers.
